Ingredients: Buffered vitamin C (2,767 mg per rounded teaspoon) as mixed ascorbates with calcium (160 mg) and magnesium (80 mg) in a pH balanced formula.
Suggestion: 1 teaspoon in pure water 2-3 times daily or as directed.
